Carol: Review (Movie 49 of 2016 Countdown)

Carol (Cate Blanchett) is a mother, a wife and living a lie. While shopping for a Christmas present for her daughter, she meets Therese Belivet (Rooney Mara) and so begins a love affair that rocks both women's lives to the core.
